Qualification & Experience:
Master’s Degree or equivalent in relevant subject from recognized university with atleast 55% marks (B+) or its equivalent grade and good academic records, Working knowledge of Computer Operations, Working knowledge of English and Hindi

Group B:
Qualification & Experience: Second Class Graduate from a recognized University. At least 5 years of regular continuous service in the pay scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,500-9,000) or 10 years of regular continuous service in the pay scale of 5,200-20,200 with G.P 2,400 (Pre-revised 4,000-100-6,000) in any of the following fields (but excluding Media, Library, Printing & Computer) a). Administration (Including Finance, HRD) b).Conduct of examination c).Organization of Seminars, Conferences etc for teachers & key personnel d).Experience in handling Student Support Services including School Administration/ Management/ Admission. Knowledge of Central Government Office Procedure, Service Rules and Financial Rules Knowledge of computer operations
Qualification & Experience: Employees of Central / State Govt. Deptt. / Autonomous Educational Institutions holding analogous post on regular basis or with 5 years continuous service in the pay scales of 9,300 – 34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,500-9,000) or equivalent or with 10 years of continuous service in the pay scale of 5,200-20,200 with G.P 2,400 (Pre-revised 4,000-6,000) would be eligible for consideration . At least 3 years experience in Administration/Accounts with knowledge of rules and procedures as applicable to Govt. /Autonomous Organization Knowledge of computer operations Preferably Second Class Graduate from a recognized University

Qualification & Experience: IInd class Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounts & Commerce or Chartered Accountant/CFA/ICWA with knowledge of Government Financial Rules and Regulations. 5 Years experience in Accounts/Audit in a Government/ Autonomous Organization in the scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,500-9,000) or 6 years in the pay scale of 9,300-34,800 with G.P 4,200 (Pre-revised 5,000-8,000) or 8 years in the pay scale of 5,200-20,200 with G.P 2,800 (Pre-revised 4,500-7,000. Group C:
7. Translator: 01post
Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a main subject at the degree level Or Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of instruction and English as a compulsory subject at degree level Or Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and other as a main subject plus recognized Diploma/Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Offices including Government of India Undertakings & Two years experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Government/recognized Institution &Working knowledge of computer
Qualification & Experience: Graduation with a Diploma in Lib.Sc. Or B.Lib.Sc, Proficiency in computer applications, Knowledge of English and Hindi
Fee: Application Form should be submitted along with a Demand Draft of 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) for Unreserved category and 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for SC/ST and OBC categories in favour of Secretary, National Institute of Open Schooling, Noida. However, Physically Handicapped category with a minimum of 40% disability is exempted from payment. The amount shall be accepted in the form of Bank Draft only and once paid shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances. On the back side of the Demand Draft, the candidates are advised to write their name, address and post applied for in capital letters
How to apply: Application form can be obtained from the NIOS website www.nios.ac.in giving complete details. The form duly filled, signed, attached with demand draft and attested copies of certificates may be sent by superscribing the post applied for on the envelope, to the Joint Director (Administration), National Institute of Open Schooling, A-24/25, Institutional Area, Sector-62, Noida – 201309, U.P. No applications will be accepted through e-mail.
